As the successor of the V series, the new Toshiba Gigabeat V81 comes with better features such as more storage (8 Gb), the availability of SDHC card slot, and 1Seg TV tuner improvement. You can take benefit of the SDHC card slot by storing your digital recording in SD card and access it from your PC.

Toshiba has new phone with sport utilities that able to monitor your workout. The phone which is known as W61T measures 50 x 98 x 18.9 mm and equipped with 2.8-inch QVGA OLED screen. Other features include 3.24 MP camera, microSD card slot. movie recording, FM radio, and Bluetooth.

Toshiba continue adding GPS enabled phone to its products line by releasing the Toshiba 820T. Designed specially for kids, the 820T equipped with location tracker so their parents can track them. Available in three unique colors, the phone will come next month with 2.4-inch QVGA display and 3.24 MP camera.

I know some of you have bad experiences with your new laptop as i do. Most of new laptop nowadays coming with Windows Vista with all its drawbacks, and when you decide to replace with XP, the driver is hard to find. Based on that facts, Toshiba released Dynabook T31 that coming with both Vista and XP Pro recovery DVD’s, just chose whichever suite your need. The Toshiba Dynabook T31 based on 2GHz Intel Core 2 Duo T7250 processor and configured with Intel GM965 chipset to drive its 15-inch LCD screen.

Aving.net reported that Toshiba will display its 128 GB Solid State Disk (SSD) at CES 2008. The SSD was launched in Japan market and will be available worldwide in Q1 next year. As mentioned before, the advantages of SSD include Faster startup, Faster random I/O, Extremely low read and write latency (seek) times, Faster boot and application launch time, and longer lifetime.

The latest technology and electronic exhibition, CEATEC JAPAN, that took a place at Makuhari Messe was showing off the new HD camcorder from Toshiba: Gigashot K80H. Available in two models, 80 GB and 40 GB, this HD camcorder also supports SDHC as well as SD card memory for extra storage. Other main features include 17 hours of HD video recording, long enough for common users. But as this post written, there are no more details about the specs and the price tag, check back later.
