Hi everybody, holiday season is coming. It means the shopping times are coming for all of us. It’s also the busiest time for blogger like me to share the best gift ideas for the season. And now I found Engadget started with e-book readers gift guide. most of the devices available from Amazon.com but the rest are sold through other stores such as Best Buy, Sony Store, etc. And we all know the market leader still the Amazon Kindle.

As I promised, I will show you how I form a daisy chain from a pair of stereo speakers (unveiled from the X-mini MAX II portable speaker) plus an X-mini II Capsule speaker which I’ve already shown you before. As you can see in the image above, the chain formed by three speakers which deliver more impactful sound in my room. Since I got these speakers, I left my laptop’s built-in speaker like a dust whenever I play my favorite music to get high quality sound. And interestingly I can add more compatible speaker whenever I want to form an almost endless “daisy chain” of self-powered speaker system.

Based on Android, the new eBook reader named Alex will have a 6-inch monochrome electronic paper display and a secondary 3.5-inch colour touchscreen display. Expected to say hello to the masses by the end of 2009, the device supports WiFi, 3G, and SD card for storage expansion.
