In effort to target educational market, HP announced new netbook, the HP Mini 100e Education Edition that features a spill-resistant keyboard and an easy-to-see LED that indicates when the PC is connected to a network. The HP Mini 100e includes productivity, education and security software from Microsoft, such as Microsoft Office 2010, Microsoft Math and Microsoft Security Essentials. Expected to be available worldwide in July with pricing below $300, the HP Mini 100e offers optional Wi-Fi Certified WLAN and includes productivity, education and security software from Microsoft.
