When it comes to picking a perfect phone deal, you could go either way; pay monthly contracts or pay as you go. There are advantages and disadvantages to both sides.
Pay as you go is great if you hate the thought of being tied down to a 12 month, 18 month or 24 month contract. The amount you choose to top up can be however much you like, which brings the advantage of controlling your phone usage. You will never get a bill so this is one less thing to worry about at the end of the month. There is no credit check either with pay as you go. If you’re happy with a simple handset, or the current one you already have then simply pop the SIM straight in and it’s ready to use.
If you realise you are using the phone on a regular basis there can be disadvantages. Continuous top-ups can be troublesome and expensive. You will also pay a more for calls using a pay as you go mobile. Another problem with top-ups is you may find yourself in the middle of an important phone call and then suddenly run out of credit. When it comes to better deals you will need to look at contract phones.
With pay monthly contracts there is a wider range of handsets to choose from, so if you are interested in the newest phone then a monthly contract may be a cheaper way of getting your hands on it. You’ll get a lot more call time and text messages from too, as different deals that can provide unlimited minutes, data and messaging, Modern handsets now have Internet facilities, so data allowance is often provided in contract deals, this can range from 100mb to unlimited data usage.
Prices for contracts vary with the length of time you choose to take one out. Some networks offer to lower the price of your contract after the first 6 months or year, but this also means your minutes, messaging or data allowance are likely to decrease. The disadvantages are that you’ll be tied down to a monthly contract for up to a year or two, depending on the contract length you pick. If you go over your set minutes, messaging or data allowance the bill can be high in addition to what you already have to pay each month. If you experience poor customer service or coverage you may want to switch providers, but often you can’t do this without paying a large cancellation fee.
It is a smart idea to take all this in to account in order to make the right choice. Always go with the mobile phone deals that would benefit you the best.

I am a bit late to show you the unique Android-based product from ASUS — the PadFone. Available in Taiwan since April 20, 2012, ASUS PadFone is a 4.3″ smartphone featuring a Super AMOLED qHD display. But the most selling point is the unique design which combines the function of a phone, a pad, as well as a notebook. Powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 dual core 1.5GHz processor, ASUS PadFone is able to transform into a 10.1 tablet or even further into an ultraportable computing device, thank to the PadFone Station and the optional keyboard dock. And the PadFone Stylus Headset can transform into a headset for picking up calls easily (see video below).

We can find so many unique hand crafted iPhone 4S in the market. I will make a list what I found on the net including the price-tag. Before I breaking down all of them, in this chance I want to show you the latest hand-crafted iPhone 4S from Amosu Couture. There are three addition to the Colour Couture section of Amosu, those include Sunshine Yellow, Ocean Blue, and Valley Green. Made to celebrate the Ester period, both the rear and the front of the phone are colorized to offer full fashion statement instead of half.

Just to refresh your mind, LG first launched the Optimus LTE in October 2011 in Korea, but now the world’s first HD LTE smartphone is currently available in more countries including America, Canada, and Japan. I don’t know how success it is in comparison with Samsung Galaxy S in term of sales (not specs), but according to the company, Optimus LTE had exceeded over one million units in Late January (or in the first three months).
If you want to enter and join the emerging LTE era, now the Optimus LTE is not the only LG’s device you can have. At MWC 2012, LG introduced a new LTE-capable smatrphone — the Optimus VU. But I can’t say that the origin Optimus LTE is already obsolete, as the Optimus VU still in the process to hit the shelves. Optimus VU just says hello in Korea this month, and I think it needs an extra time to poke its fans in America, United Kingdom, and the rest of the world. Is your country ready for the LTE network? I hope yes.

Do you remember the futuristic technology that was shown at CeBIT 2007? A monitor that’s equipped with a high technology sensor that respons to hand motion. And 5 years later, we can find such futuristic invention in the real world, in Sony Xperia sola to be exact. Scheduled to ship in Q2 2012, the Xperia sola brings what they call “floating touch”, a technology that allows us navigate the web by hovering their finger above the screen so it acts like a moving curser, without actually having to touch the screen. I can’t tell that “floating touch” based on the same motion sensor, but I think it’s a bit similar to them.
Sony Xperia sola also comes with SmartTags and supoorts NFC pairing. With SmartTags, users can siwtch between pre-configured profiles by simply touching the phone on a SmartTag (see video). And with NFC, users are allowed to connnect to other NFC smartphones by tapping together. Powered by a 1GHz Dual Core Processor, Sony Xperia sola runs Android 2.3 with upgrade option later. Other highlights: 3.7” display (854 x 480 pixels); 8 GB internal storage; microSD slot; up to 6 hours of talk time and up to 470 hours of standby time.

With a 5.3″ of display size, I think the BLU Studio 5.3 is closer to tablet than smartphone, it’s only 1.7″ less than the Galaxy Tab 7″, right?. Designed to combine the user experience of a tablet with smartphone compatibility, the BLU Studio 5.3 smartphone boasts a high resolution 5.3″ WVGA LCD screen, but that’s not the most selling point. So? It’s offered at only 199 Euros unlocked! Have you woken up?
Regarding powerhouse, the BLU Studio 5.3 large-screen smartphone is powered by MediaTek’s MT6573 processor and enhanced with a POWERVR Series5 SGX GPU to enable advanced 3D graphics capability. Galaxy S smartphone is till in my wish list, I want it but my pocket doesn’t support. I’m still an iPhone user since the iPhone 3G was released in 2008. I’m still waiting when the beautiful moment will come and join the Android fan boys. During CES 2012, Samsung and T-Mobile let people know that they will offer the Galaxy S Blaze 4G later this year, but when? there is no date yet.
Regarding technical specification, the Galaxy S Blaze 4G powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon S3 processor with 1.5 GHz dual CPUs and boasts a Super AMOLED™ touch screen. The rest of features are still hidden, I think we need to wait until a few days before its availability. One feature that you can expect is a variety of pre-loaded entertainment including movies, games, music, and more.
