If Samsung and LG are proud to have the iconic Galaxy S and Optimus G respectively, now HTC has the same thing to be proud of, the new HTC One. Featuring a metal inibody design, the HTC’s new iconic smartphone is wrapped in a zero-gap aluminium unibody that I think it’s really cool. The body is all metal, and HTC claimed itself as the world’s first company to successfully create a full metal phone. Read this to get the full story of making it.
Running the latest Android Jelly Bean OS, the New HTC One is enhanced with HTC BlinkFeed: A personal live stream right on the home screen. I can say this feature is similar to the new BlackBerry Hub that’s found on the new BB10 mobile operating system. Along with social updates, HTC BlinkFeed is also ready to aggregate content from more than 1,400 media sources, just pick what is most personally relevant to you.
In addition to the 4.7”, Full HD (1080p) screen, new HTC One comes with the new developed UltraPixel Camera with HTC Zoe that enables users to to shoot high-res photos in three-second snippets. Other highlights include HTC BoomSound featuring a front-facing stereo speakers with a dedicated amplifier and dual microphones for HDR recording; and HTC Sense TV that enable the smartphone transforms into an interactive program guide and remote control for most TVs.
