Along with AiO and tablet, ASUS also announced new ultrabook at Computex 2012: the Transformer Book. Mentioned as the first convertible ultrabook in the market, this device allows users to instantly switch between an ultrabook and a tablet by simply detaching the screen from the full-size QWERTY keyboard.
Powered by the latest Intel Core i7 processor with discrete graphics, the Transformer Book is enhanced with SSD and HDD storage, 4GB DDR3 dual channel RAM, and USB 3.0. Regarding display, this ultabook is available with an 11.6”, 13” or 14” Full HD IPS display with multi-touch capabilities. Other highlights include: ASUS SonicMaster technology; integrated speakers; dual cameras, with a HD front-facing camera and a 5MP rear-facing camera.
