I first downloaded the Live Poker by Zynga on March 10th , 2010, it’s almost 12 months ago. And now the app still stays on my iPhone screen. But please don’t think that I’m a poker guru now, as I have never found myself sitting down and play it seriously. As far as I remember, I run the app only in the first two weeks since I purchased/downloaded the free app. And today, there is something that push my finger to tap the app after that long. And what happen? I got pop up message that push me to upgrade the app, wow, I just realized that the app is very old (V 3.60). It’s time to upgrade now, no question.

As I told you before, online poker game is very popular here in my town. Almost all of my colleagues especially my friends from our photography club, Bangkalan Photography Club (BPC), play it around the clock. But they play it on Facebook. The iPhone version of the game is not as poplar as the Facebook version. Why? I think you know the answer, iPhone is not popular here because it’s pricey. They don’t have iPhone, I think there is only one iPhone owner in this town, and that’s me, lol. But everybody here has access to computer and internet, and most of them play it on an internet cafe.

Ok guys, lets back to the Zynga Poker on iPhone. It took me 15 minutes to finish the upgrade process or downloading the Zynga Poker V 5.01 (14.6 MB). Yea, I know the internet connection here is not as fast as in the U.S. or in the U.K., I hate it but it’s okay for now. I hope I will get fast internet access as soon as possible. After upgrading, I run the new version of Zynga Poker app for the first time. Wow, I’m excited with the new game, it allows me to login using FB-connect, and of course I can play with my FB friends. And on my first login, I got 46 Mystery Gifts already, what a fun game.
