LG to unveil its full range of smart appliances at the 2011 CES this week. Enabled by LG THINQ™ Technology, the range comprising five key features – Smart Grid, Smart Diagnosis™, Smart Access, Smart Adapt and Food Management. This solution lets consumers manage their homes in a more centralized and convenient way. As you can see on the diagram above, there are Smart Washer & Dryer, Smart HOM-BOT, Smart Refrigerator, and Smart Oven. Using the Smart Grid, LG’s ovens offer three cost options – low, middle and high – that take into account both the duration of the cooking cycle and varying costs of electricity.
