Gemalto Announces New MagIC3 W-1 POS Terminal

Gemalto expanded its MagIC range of Point-Of-Sale (POS) terminals. The new MagIC product is a wireless payment solution, requiring no extra subscription nor additional communication fees. Remarkably light and compact, MagIC3 W-1 delivers increased convenience in restaurants and outdoor retail outlets. Running on Linux, the MagIC3 W-1 was first displayed at the World Cards & Payments Summit in Dubai, in February, 2010.
