Android-based Xperia Smartphone Hits Japan

The Japanese version of the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 which runs on Android 1.6 is expected to be available in April through NTT Docomo. The phone features 4-inch touch display with 480 x 854 pixels resolution packed in 119 x 63 x 13.1 mm body. Coming with face recognition software, the smartphone also features Sony Ericsson’s original applications such as Timescape and Mediascape.

Priced at a mere $135, the SciPhone N19 is considered among one of the lowest priced Cheap Cell Phones in the Android-based smartphones category. Samsung ST70 and ST60 Ultra-slim Digital Cameras

The Samsung’s latest ultra-slim digital camerasST70 and ST60, was announced recently. The ST70 model comes with 14.2 megapixel sensor, a 5x optical zoom, 27mm wide-angle lenses, and Dual Image Stabilization (IS). On the other site, the ST60 sports 12.2 megapixel sonsor, a 4x optical zoom, 27.5mm wide-angle lenses, and Digital Image Stabilizatio. Both models equipped with a 2.7-inch LCD and also able to record video at a resolution of 720p / 30fps, using H.264 compression. Other highlights: Fisheye and Lomo image effects, Smart Auto (Still & Movie), and more. Its availability is due in February.
