Following Acer, Samsung, and Huawei, Garmin-Asus also plans to launch its first Android-based smartphone in Q1 2010. As the master of GPS, I wonder the way how Garmin adopting the Android platform, especially the Google maps. According to them, there are different ways to use the two technologies, Garmin GPS technology will be used in the geotagging feature for photographs made using the handset, and will provide other location-based services.
