Microsoft announced that Xbox Live Arcade title will be allowed live on PC, yes they planned to update their GFW (Game for Windows) Live development tools so developers can take the benefit of it. The update will be available this holiday season as reported by gamernode.com. The details still unclear whether the old game will work or only the new release one. And whether it require Vista or not. I will update as soon as more info available.
