Panasonic introduced its first SD/DVD hybrid digital camcorder, HDC-SX5, in Japan. The camcorder start selling on 25 August but American must wait until 15 September to get in hand.
The new HDC-SX5 able to record HD video direct to SDHC cards as well as DVD. Its main features include Intelligent Contrast Control, pre-rec function, 2.7-inch wide-angle LCD monitor with 170-degree viewing angle, 10x optical zoom, and 1920 x 1080 full-HD recording of course. This camcorder available for pre-order at Amazon with the pricing set at $900.
