This message it to tell you how unsatified I am with you customer care center.
I had to call multiple times to talk to someone that could hardly speak english, and repeats every thing that you say to them (that is really frustrating). The information that they ask if the information that i have told them the three other times that I call, are you guys networked? A simple phone call that should only last ten to twenty minutes lasted thrity-five to fourty? First i had the box shiped to me for warrenty work was stolen.
I called to find out why i had not received my box and they said that I had. I went thought three operators be for i found one that would belive me.
I had a new box shipped to me, on 9/4/07 I shipped it to the center in Texas. Was received on 9/10/07.
I am on hold right now and have been for at least 15 minutes. The lady that I am talking to comes back and forth, getting some information. All that I’m calling for is to get a reference # and check that status of my repairs. First she said you had not received my xbox. I gave her the tracking # and now i’m back on hold for at least another 10 minutes? I know that your compnay have send the customer care center to a foreign contry, for financial reasons. But it is really hard to stay a customer when you have to jump thought hoops to get anything done. PS3 is looking awful good!

People are writing in here complaining to Trendy Gadget that they are dissatisfied with Trendy Gadget’s repair and want them to call the user at home.
Trendy Gadget is a review site. They don’t fix your xbox people, they are just writing an article about the repair service.

Your service sucks, i think you people should get you head out your ass’s. When you are one the the top brands in gaming consoles you should make something right, not half ass. Why put out something that is going to be deffective. Do you wonder how many of you customers have switched to PlayStation 3 becuase of you shitty repair services, if i was a worker putting together an x box 360 i would make damn sure that it works. Fire all of the foriegn fools who cant speak a lick of english and get your operating system back in the U.S. Put some hardworking class A Americans in your team and make a product that doesnt cause so many F@#%ing problems!

Dear Microsoft, I purchased an xbox 360 for my son in 2006. About a year later it got the 3 red lights of death. I sent it back to be repaired and got it back about 3 weeks later.I was assured at that time that this problem would not occur with this repaired console. Needless to say my xbox is back in for the 3red lights of death once again.I wander why this is still happening to a console that was supposed to be fixed. We have purchased over$1400.00 worth of games and accessories for this xbox. I am very disappointed with this. Since the warranty will be expired in Febuary/09 I am looking for some tpye of guarantee that this won’t happen again in a few months. I do know that playstation 3 is not having these types of problems.Customer loyalty is hard to keep if a company is failing miserably to correct such a problem.I am looking forward to a response. Full of doubt Larry Ford

Dear microsoft. i recently had the 3 red lights of death on my 360 and i have had many problems trying to get this problem resolved. i have called your 1-800-4my-xbox help line about 5 times now and have spent a total of about 3 hours on the phone. this is very disapointing considering the time and effort that i am waisting. also 2 times i called the agent told me that they could not set up a repair order for my 360 because the computer system was being updated (how many times do you update your system in a week?) also a major problem that i was having is that microsoft does not mail to a P.O Box because there is a high posibility that the console could get olst or stolen. and i think this policy should be changed because the area where i live (a ski resort in B.C) we cannot get mail delivered to the appartment building due to the fact that the whole building is rented to guests and it is imposible to deliver mail to the physical address of the building. all i wanted is that the agent would understand my situation. the agents that i talked to would not or could not understand this fact and after explaining the fact for the 100th time that i cannot get mail delivered to the buildings physical address and all mail comes to our P.O Box the only response i got from the agents were “well we cannot ship to a P.O Box” at this point i gave up with the agent and asked to speak to a supervisor and after explaining my situation again to the supervisor i just got the same response (at this point i was getting very frustrated) i do understand that the console might be lost or stolen if you send it to a P.O Box but then why is it ok for me to send the console to a friends house?( that is what the agent kept telling me) is there not a posibility of the console getting lost or stolen if you are sending it to a person that isnt me? like i said i am dissapointed with the quality of service because a friend also got the 3 red lights of death on his 360 and it was easy for him to get his console fixed and i was hopeing for the same level of service but after 5 phone calls and 3 hours on your help line i just about gave up.i do understand that the 3red lights of death is a design flaw in the earley 360’s and i appreciate that xbox is trying to fix this issue with no cost to the gamer however i still think that 5 phone calls and 3 hours of time wasted is extreme. expecialy since i have been a loyal xbox fan for quite some time and the 360 i purchased i have treated like gold the whole time i have had it. i am just hopeing for a speedy resolution to this problem so i can get back to enjoying my xbox experiance. thanks for the help whenever it happens and i look forward to a response from you……thanks again…..Brad Bartmanski
