Wow, Fujifilm join the superzoom market. If Panasonic has DMC-FZ18, now Fujifilm announce the Finepix S8000fd. The upcoming S8000fd will boast 18x optical zoom (yes it is the superzoom) and 3x digital zoom. The digital camera will be release in Japan market, but i am sure they will ship the camera internationally (hi Fuji?). This 8M camera utilizes 2.5-inch CLD screen and the power supplied by four AA batteries. No words yet about the exact release date and the pricing tag.
