The new Panasonic DMC-FZ18 comes with interesting feature, 18x optical zoom. I think all photographers will like it, i mean really like it. Yes i know it is not a digital SLRs that most advance photographers need, but with 18x optical zoom it promises to bring middle users up to the next level: almost advance. The DMC-FZ18 provide a level control close to what SLR provide.

The Panasonic DMC-FZ18 coming with 27MB built-in memory which expandable through SD/SDHC/MMC card slot, and 2.5-inch LCD screen. Other high-end features include Intelligent Auto Mode and newly developed 28mm wide-angle LEICA DC VARIO-ELMARIT. No words yet about the availability and the retail price.
