MySpace launched YouTube like video sharing service called MySpace TV. According to NY Time it is a serious YouTube’s Challenger as MySpace TV will take benefits from its MySpace users that reach 110 millions per month.

Mr. DeWolfe, MySpace’s co-founder and chief executive said he believed that “no one has really pointed out that MySpace has been focused on video and has quietly come within striking distance of YouTube.”

As MySpace busy in developing its video Service, Google talented engineers doing the opposite, they are building massive social network features on YouTube. Who will win?
