USB Key Computer Running Linux 2,771 views

Linux PC in a USB key

In the early of this month i posted Yoggie Pico USB Stick, a hardened Linux-based OS to protect you Windows machine. And now a French based company, Calao System, is developing a full Linux computer to fit into a single USB stick (as small as 3.3 x 1.4 inches). The USB computer (USB-9260) equipped with 190MHz ARM926EJ processor, 64MB of memory, and 256MB of NAND flash storage. Unlike the Yoggie Pico, the new USB-9260 does have two USB 2.0 host ports and 10/100 Ethenet port. I like the Ethernet features and when the storage become bigger and bigger in the future i will install Debian in it and run apt-get update on the go, oh it so fun.. [via coolest-gadgets]
