Compal Electronics, a Taiwanese Original design manufacturer which handling the production of notebook computers and monitors, introduced their newest UMPC during COMPUTEX Taipei 2007. The UMPC boasts Windows CE 5.0, Freescale i.MX31 532 MHz ARM1136 processor, 512MB SLC Nand Flash memory, 256MB of ram, 4.3-inch WVGA dsiplay (with 16M colors at 800×480 resolution), WiFi 802.11 b/g, Bluetooth 2.0+EDR, HSDPA Max 3.6Mbps(downlink) + 384Kbps(uplink), Qwerty Keyboard, Mono speaker, Microphone, Receiver, built-in 1.3MP camera, miniSD/Sim card slot, and miniUSB port.

The new Compal UMPC powered by 2-cell Li-ion 220mAh or DC 3.7V. Available in white and black colors (based on the picture above and below), the UMPC measure only 15.6 x 7.8 x 2.35 cm and the weight is 280gr. [via AVING]
