Now it is the time to switch on our time machines, it just yesterday i posted article about the developing of ultra-small tv tuner by Sharp and now I found Sharp has been released Aquos 912SH TV-phone a couple of weeks ago in Japan.
The new TV-phone comes with clamshell models with rotateable screen where you can watch TV in VGA quality. Other features include external OLED display, 3MP camera, Bluetooth, HSDPA and MicroSD slot. I got no words about the pricing and availability outside Japan. [via techdigest]
