In collaboration with Asustek, Intel to rival One Laptop Per Child (OLPC) foundation (which has chosen AMD as its partner). The Intel cheap laptops program (known as Intel Classmate) also targeting the developing world as OLPC does. The laptop weighs 0.89kg only and will boast Intel Mobile CPU (instead of AMD), 7-inch display screen, flash memory hard drive, as well as wireless support. The pricing will set around $200 per unit.
