Remember Soltronix? an AM/FM stereo which is powered by solar. Now take a look at this mobile phone: a solar powered phone. Introduced during China Beijing International Expo (CHITEC) 2007, the phone released by Beijing Hengjiweiye, a china based manufacturer. Never lost of power again, i think this the beginning of solar era which is allow users to recharge its battery using any light source not just sun light. It is not clear about the availability and the pricing, we should wait for the next announcement. [via AVING]
