Yes iPhone has been launched in United State and all the wait is over. There is no words how many iPhone sold today, at least it is still ready stock. Asian people, like me, have to wait until 2008 to kiss it. And until then, we are here just watching American around their country join the party. It is not bad to be the last person to join, and what i can say today: Have a nice party American! do not forget Asian here :)

Linux is a new operating system compare to OS X and Windows, that is why the Linux version of Google desktop coming late.
