According to samsunghub.com this entry level phone is on Russian market now. Featuring CSTN display and FM radio, the phone also support GPRS, loudspeaker, and store up to 500 phonebook entry. About the battery life, the new Samsung C170 boasts 2.5 hours of talktime or 270 hours in standby mode. The price set at US $ 116 but I have no words about the availability outside Russia.
