After years of waiting, finally Sony will ship OLED TVs late this year. OLED TVs bring new technology compare to the traditional one, it uses organic light-emiting diode which make the panel even thinner because it doesn’t need a backlight. Sony OLED TV is only 3mm thick and featuring 11-inch diagonal wide which support 1024 x 600 pixels of resolution. There is no word about the pricing of this ultra-thin TV. [via Tech Digest]
