Ultra slim phone was introduced by Samsung at 3GSM World Congress 2007 in Spain. The device only 9.6 mm thick and enclosed in metal plate. This ultra edition phone came with ultra feature like 70MB internal memory, TV out which give you a way displaying image/video on TV monitor, high resolution built-in camera, and wide 2.2″ TFT display.
